I agree with Herv .

Use what you have, ya d ja what to make.
Patient some weeks (or days) and everything will be much more clear than it is as regards SDK or Jailbreak.

It is a personal opinion, but if I had an iTouch in 1.1.4 bought this week, I not the jailbreakerai not and I would regularly come to consult ZoneiTouch to know what takes place.
