01. Thank you for this posting of some very good code.
02. There are some minor, non-important errors mostly having to do with your use of English names for properties or functions. If you would be interested in finding/fixing them, I would be glad to pass along what I have found.
03. But the primary purpose of this comment is to ask whether or not you might add the capability of extruding the 2D glyph drawing to 3D. As you are obviously quite conversant with the various sites working on related matters, you might be aware that a Mr. Li, has started such a project using Away3D, but has become bogged down. It seems like an extension of your DynamicText could quickly be adapted to render 3D rotating text with depth and lighting.
